C'est la Vie

After all the effort we went through, and all the obstacles we overcame, I found out that Andy can't come visit afterall. Today I told everyone at school, and got permission from my teachers to get out of school in the afternoons to take him around. The final issue that killed our plans is that Andy doesn't actually have his Italian visa yet, so apparently, he isn't allowed to leave the country. By mid-January he'll have the visa and we'll go through this all over again, I'm sure it'll be much easier the second time.
